Sakuya Negotiates With Kanako (scene)

Question: Why does the SDM remain dry while rain falls all over the rest of Gensokyo?
What happened: Remilia, the Scarlet Devil, sends Sakuya, head of the SDM domestic staff and a fighter with formidable knife-throwing skills, to “negotiate” with Kanako, the goddess of wind and rain.
Answer: Remilia's power and wickedness are so great that even the goddess Kanako would rather not get on her bad side.
